It would be difficult, to speak of
Katie HOLMES without say anything of Dawson's Creek,because, after all, even
if "The Storm Ice" (first movie where she is) obtained a reward at the
festival of Cannes, this is with the series that she brings herself to lights.
This series have a very big success in France and in the USA(so much so that it
obtains a bigger audience than Buffy in the USA) was created by Kevin Williamson.
For everybody who don't know the series, here a small preview of the history.
The history unfolds
in a small American city (Tipically American), and it relates the change from
adolescence to adult age of high schools (of which
main characters are Dawson Leery(James Van Der Beek ), Katie Holmes (Joey
Potter), Joshua Jackson (Pacey Witter), Jen Lindley(Michelle Williams),
Andie McPhee(Meredith Monroe) and Jack McPhee(Kerr Smith)). These characters
come from very differents social classes, from a prisoner's daugter till a sheriff's
son. This series by the complexity
of thedissociate itself from American series descendants of
Beverly Hills (if were able to call that a series).
